If you run
nvram show | grep wan_hwaddr It will display the mac of the WAN interface. Then you should be able to corelate what public interface it is going out of. |

Yeah it should work, the iso just uses syslinux, so putting it on a USB is pretty easy. Unetbootin seems to work.
