I have a Linksys WRT54GL router with the firmware VoIP Generic v24 preSP2 [Beta] Build 14896 from 2010-08-09 installed. The router is not directly connected to the internet, but to another router which serves IPv6 addresses. My WRT54GL however does not announce IPv6 addresses. IPv6 is enabled in Administration->Management; and so is radvd. The radvd configuration snippet from the wiki is also copied to the appropriate field:

First, don't use that build, as noted in the Peacock announcement. 14929 is generally the go-to, but for IPv6 you will likely need a much newer build. I'm using the 31825 VoIP builds on a GL v1.1 and GS v6, but have not tried IPv6 as they are used by my in-laws. Have you searched for (general) IPv6 setup threads; there are many. Old 2.4 kernel builds probably have some limitations though. Or hopefully others have tried it on a WRT... _________________ #NAT/SFE/CTF: limited speed w/ DD#Repeater issues#DD-WRT info: FAQ, Builds, Types, Modes, Changes, Demo#
