THANKS!!! Not sure why I did not think of curl or changing to ftp link.
curl does work on the links in case anyone needs to know. |
Am I missing something?!? When I enter `curl` in a PuTTY window, I get
Code: | root@DD-WRT:~# curl
-sh: curl: not found |
Does your build include `curl`?

Seems like you are. This is what I get on mine:
Code: | root@<router-name-redacted>:~# curl
curl: try 'curl --help' or 'curl --manual' for more information |

al_c --- I have to agree with EA6500v1, looks like you are unlucky, on my build it does have curl
# which curl
/usr/bin/curl
# ls -l `which curl`
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 137623 Jul 8 04:33 /usr/bin/curl
looking up your router the build size is:
archer-c9v1-webflash.bin 08-Jul-2017 11:23 13963264
vs my router:
buffalo-wzr-1750dhp-webflash.bin 08-Jul-2017 11:12 30040064
and assuming the supported device wiki is correct:
the archer c9v1 has 16 MB flash
vs wzr-1750dhp has 128 MB flash
so curl was probably trimmed off to save space |

Problem(s) with the http server and hence the GUI confirmed? |
I don't know. Having no WiFi clients means that the GUI does not fail. 12 days uptime here. _________________ 2 times APU2 Opnsense 21.1 with Sensei

Finally, httpd died on one router:
Jul 28 18:52:00 router4 user.info : Maybe httpd had died, we need to re-exec it _________________ 2 times APU2 Opnsense 21.1 with Sensei
