TP-LINK TL-WR841ND Cannot change Server ?

Hi, I have been using the DD-WRT router for about 2 months and the server I selected was for the Netherlands. I decided to change the server to another country but every time I tried to save the settings it went back to the Netherlands server ? I have tried it while it was disconnected and still the same, apart from a hard reset has anyone come across this problem.
