Got it. I am glad WPS is not supported. If I understand correctly, the WPS button on my router is "remapped" by DD-WRT as a wireless disable/enable button? That would (more or less) explain why wl0 was disabled after power cycling or rebooting my router.
Just wanted to say I haven't experienced any problems so far. Roaming from 2.4 to 5.0 GHz or vice-versa results in approximately 1-2 seconds of connection loss, but that's to be expected.
Unfortunately, the problem seems to be occuring again. I managed to capture this on my laptop (Windows 10) about ten minutes ago:
Code:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]>nslookup google.nl
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.1

This morning, I experienced (most likely) the same problem on my phone (Android).
As mentioned before, I cannot ping the router when the problem occurs.
I do not have any special/custom configuration on the router, except one (1) port forward rule and three (3) static leases. Furthermore, I enabled SSH.
Is there anything else I can try to fix this problem?
