|
I'm using:
-Kong's DD-WRT v3.0-r35030M kongac (02/18/18)on my Netgear R6400
-cloudflare DNS for both IPV4 and IPV6
-comcast ISP
-stock Android 8 on a nexus 6p
I'm including screenshots of my IPV6 configuration page and the connection details from my android device. As you can see, my device uses 2001:558:feed::2, 2001:558:feed::1 and 192.168.1.1 (in that order)to resolve DNS. However, my setup should preclude the "feed" DNS servers as they are the comcast servers. Every dns leak test and browser leak test I conduct on my android devices shows that I'm solely connecting to comcast's DNS servers.
However, all DNS leak tests on my windows PCs show that I'm solely connecting to the cloudflare DNS servers, as configured in DD-WRT. For clarification, my IPV6 works well as I get full passing marks on both ipv6-test and test-ipv6 on all of my devices, PCs and android.
Is there a fix to my android DNS issues on my network?
