If so, what version (2.6/3.x, big/mega, revision) are you running and do https gui and mounting ext3/4 USB drives both work?
I've tried several different firmwares and https GUI does not work on any version, and ext3/4 USB drives only work on big/2.6 versions.
https has been broken forever. ext3/4 should work in k2.6 big and k3x. I assume you did resets and manual setup b/t build testing; what builds did you test?
From a quick search of "e4200 new build" I found several reports of users running 33772, 34777, and 35531 with good results. Try K3X builds first. _________________ #NAT/SFE/CTF: limited speed w/ DD#Repeater issues#DD-WRT info: FAQ, Builds, Types, Modes, Changes, Demo#

Thanks for verifying that https being broken. Good to know that I'm not going crazy, but bummer that it can't be used.
The following firmwares have worked great for me (with the exception of https and shell redirect [ticket #5784] issues):
dd-wrt.v24-35681_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-nv60k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-33679_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-nv60k.bin
The following have had USB issues:
dd-wrt.v24-35681_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv60k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-35531_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-nv60k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-35531_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e4200.bin
I also tried some other R33679 K2.6 and K3.x build(s), but at this point I don't recall which ones I've tried.
I know I did 30/30/30 for all of the R33679 flashes, but the latest ones I did not do 30/30/30 based on comments from Kong that he does not do that between all flashes anymore. I don't currently have physical access to the router, but I will retry some of the 35681 flashes with 30/30/30 when I get access again.

The handling of erase nvram changed recently, so probably a good idea to reset, though in general it's not necessary when making small build jumps.
I think I recall some other reports of ext# issues on recent k3x builds, you'd have to search for more info. Check the 35681 new build thread; I think it has a lot of wireless issues still. There are actually two (my fault, for being in a hurry):
