X86 Two wlan; one is working on backhaul to connect gateway with 5ghz the other 2.4ghz for wireles clients.

What is the easiest and QOS enabled configuration for totally 7 outdoor double radio nodes also easiest meshing this units together for one wired gateway?
Need to use each wlan 5/2.4ghz concurrent for clients.
P.S:

X86 registered ddwrt v24 Beta is not supporting WDS mode even in unencrypted.

With Alix3c1 sbc with atheros 5006x series mpci's it stops itselfs for 5-10 seconds ant starts again for 20-30 seconds and re-stops again.

Same issue on ddwrt v24 flashed NS2 series..

Cant use V24 with working WDS support!!

Dear Sash,

Show me the way please!

I have two net connected gateways, one is NS2 with V24
The other is Alix3C V24 with 2 wds wireless users as double radio with Alix3c X86.

Second one is setted as first radio is WDS AP to Wds AP for wireless clients. There is no encyription between wds links.Second radio behaves AP mode for all wireless users.
Config Summery;
Bridged : enabled all
Sti: Disabled all
Wds : Mac based hidden SSID on WDS AP links
Encyription : Disabled between wds ap links
Encyription : Enabled on AP's for wireless users.

Links are working normally but sudden drops with WDS AP.10 seconds working normally and radio drops for 20-30 seconds and starts working again.

Same issue on NS2 ddwrt gateway sudden drops for a while than works for few seconds and drops again.

We cant make it working,I will be glad if you show me the our fault,thanks..

No I did not fixed the speed, but I saw the signal quality in x86 status window as %45-50 with 16-32 mbits when connected. The second Wds AP is clearly stated in 75 meters with LOS,even no chance..

Then it suddenly drops the radio signal.
This drop is not only on wireless wds clients even in Ap-Gateway that wired to Dsl/Router..
