I'm currently in possession of this system:

Motherboard: ASUS Striker Extreme (nForce680i)
Processor (CPU): Intel Pentium (Core 2 Duo) E2180 2.0GHz
Memory (RAM): OCZ Gold Dual Channel DDR2 PC-6400 2048MB (2x1024MB)
Graphic Card: MAXTOR PCI
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE 80GB S-ATA (alternatively using a Corsair Flash Voyage GT)
Wireless: ZyXEL NWD-370N

How do you think that will work out?
Will the integrated LAN on the Striker Extreme be recognized by DD-WRT?

What about the ZyXEL NWD-370N?
Will it be recognized so I can use it for broadcasting wireless?

It's going to be used with a 35/35mbit fiber optic line (soon to become 50/50mbit), and we are about three-five people connected through wireless, and one using cable connection.

So I hoped the integrated Dual-LAN on the Striker Extreme would do the trick as both WAN and LAN?

And that the ZyXEL would do the trick for broadcasting the network wireless?

How is it about Draft-N and DD-WRT?

What do you think?
Will it work? If not, then why not?
Something I should reconsider, something needed to be changed or added?

with this pc you should be able to route a few hundred MBit/s not only 50, but why are you using auch a overpowered machine? a embedded board with at least 500mhz should be enough! you pc will eat up > 50w in idle mode, an embedded board about 12w including the wifi.

Yes, the same job in a minor speed can run without problems, more speed not is always best. In this case, all the excesive memory and speed never will be used
