QOS works after 4 days from Deployment.Is that Possible?

I have a small setup with one Ap-Gateway with 2 WDS AP links works good with 5Ghz backhaul.All X86 units have registered DDWRT V24 Stable.
After few tries for QOS, cant saw the limited BW.
All ap's setted as keep alive everyday for auto reboot.

After few days we recognize that QOS auto enabled for all AP's on network.

Is that Possible?

afaik not.
btw the qos settings dont work on bridge devices.
