install help?

I've downlowded physdiskwrite and image file. I've got it startet, and specified the HDD to load it to, but it says it is to big select another one. I know it is a 60-80 gig raw drive, do I need to make a small parition or format it somehow. any assistance would be great

Well I did get it loaded on a CF card, but it didn't seem to work very well. I also finally got the image on a HDD, which booted on a pc, but will not sem to boot on this machine (1ghz processor 128mb ram and CF slot. Any thoughts, this would be a real nice router I believe.

Dear WRT fellows,

how the hell can I install this X86 edition onto a VMWare Virtual Machine without having a physical USB thing or any memory card (SD, CF, whatever)..

I just got the image. Is it a bootable thing.. or .. how can I write the image data onto a VMWare virtual disk ?
