httpd 100% CPU usage in vmware

I am running 24SP1 in vmware workstation. Its found that the "httpd -S" process by root is always use up my processor. The same just keep happening after I kill the process and restarted the guest.

It happen even I have not connected to the web management after a reboot.

I install the VM by using the 24 VM package, and web upgrade to SP1 afterward.

forget to mention that I am using the public version.

try another vmware image post in download area ..

my last running build was 26/7 . Last builds has a problem when starting boot ..
