Kein Internet: Netgear WNDR4300 hinter Fritzbox 6360 Cable

Hallo,
ich habe einen Netgear WNDR4300 mit DD_WRT-Firmware hinter meiner Fitzbox 6360 Cable (Kabel Deutschland). Ich habe den WNDR4300 als WAN verbunden bzw. ein VPN (Hide my Ass) eingerichtet - 2LTP als Protokoll. Aber ich bekomme keine Internetverbindung am Netgear. Was kann ich da machen?
Verbindungskabel geht von LAN4 der Fritzbox in die "Internet"-Buchse des Netgear.
DHCP an oder aus? Bzw. beim Gateway des Routers muss da die Fritz-Box IP rein?
Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar! Viele Grüße
