Zwei verschiedene Netze miteinander verbinden

Hallo zusammen,

in unserem Mehrfamilienhaus haben wir zwei Fritz!Boxen (7490 & 7360 SL) mit folgenden Einstellungen:

FB 7360 -> 192.168.000.000 /24 | DHCP von 192.168.000.100 bis 150 | WLAN-SSID:ABC | WAN Anschluss: VDSL Provider A
FB 7490 -> 192.168.025.000 /24 | DHCP von 192.168.025.100 bis 150 | WLAN-SSID:XYZ | WAN Anschluss: VDSL Provider B
Zwischen den beiden FBs bzw. Wohnungen wurde ein CAT.6 Kabel gezogen und sind miteinander verbunden.

Was muss ich tun, damit jedes Netz seinen eigenen DHCP-Server, WLAN-SSID und I-Net Anschluss nutzt, aber auf z.B. Drucker oder NAS im anderen zugreifen kann?

Ach ja, ich habe noch einen TP-Link TL-WR1043ND mit DD-WRT (Firmware: DD-WRT v24SP2) zur Verfügung.
Falls möglich, sollten die beiden FBs weiterhin genutzt werden und der TP-Link für das Routing zuständig sein.

Würde mich über Rückmeldung/Tipps freuen.
