Just flashed reset. Got everything up and working. Then I started to notice DNS wasn't working, then the web interface stopped working. power cycled the router. we'll see how it goes.

Router Model: Linksys EA6900 (XVortex CFE)
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r32170M kongac (06/11/17)
Kernel Version: Linux 4.4.70 #340 SMP Sun Jun 11 12:38:55 CEST 2017 armv7l
Upgraded: from DD-WRT v3.0-r31870M kongac (which has been running stable for more than 6 weeks) via telnet (update via GUI or ddup –flash-latest not possible because nvram is placed on linux partition and not linux2 partition due to Xvortex CFE)
Reset: Yes, before and after (Erase NVRAM and WPS reset)
Configuration: AP, DHCP server, 2,4GHz wireless running, 5GHz running, some static leases and some port range forwarding, NVRAM size just 32K (NVRAM size should not be a problem with the Xvortex CFE)
Status: Up and stable for 6 days, excellent wireless speed and range, WAN throughput 40/4 (is my ISP's maximum)
Errors: none so far
Router: Asus RT-AC1900 C1 (Seems to be identical to RT-AC68U C1)
Firmware: v3.0-r32170M kongac (06/11/17)
Previous: Stock ASUS Firmware
Kernel: Linux 4.4.70 #340 SMP Sun Jun 11 12:38:55 CEST 2017 armv7l
Status: Running 3 days
Reset: Yes
Errors: None
Router is currently set up in Repeater Bridge mode on the 5gz radio (2.4 radio is off). Getting great connection speeds to main router RT-AC68U B1 running Toastman TomatoUSB. Devices are connecting fine to repeated 5gz signal from the AC1900 C1 (set up with identical SSID so devices can roam freely).
Has anyone tried this stable build (32170) on the D-Link DIR-880L version A2? I recently got the router and the stock firmware is causing me SIP / VoIP problems.

Every 12 hours or so the router doesn't renew the DHCP lease from the cable modem and the internet stops working. I have to reboot the router and sometimes the cable modem for it to come back. This started happening after upgrading to this release. Before this I was on an old firmware from 2015 and didn't have any problems.
Seeing some errors in the logs when it first reboots. Granted, I don't have any log entries from when the problem occurs so this may just be noise. Next time this happens I'll gather those logs.
Code:
Dec 31 19:00:15 noodles daemon.warn radvd[925]: invalid all-zeros prefix in /tmp/radvd.conf, line 11
...
Dec 31 19:02:05 noodles daemon.err process_monitor[1608]: Last update failed, we need to re-update after 30 seconds
radv is IPv6 so unless your using IPv6 then that's a red herring.
I cannot speak to the 2nd logged message listed.
Why are your messages time stamped for Dec?
Did you verify your NTP is working properly in the router?
Some items require accurate timing. _________________ Router currently owned:

Thanks for the radv info. I'll ignore that.
The reason the time is off is because when the router restarted, it couldn't get a lease right away from the cable modem so it was using whatever the default time is on startup. Once the lease kicked in the time was set appropriately.

Using DD-WRT for the first time. Quite happy except for two issues, of which the second one is quite annoying:
- After power cycle or reboot, only interface wl1 (5.0 GHz) starts up. Have to press and hold WiFi button on router twice to bring both wl interfaces up.
- Intermittent TCP/IP issue, observed on multiple devices (Android, Windows 7 & 10). Devices are not able to ping router, no LAN & WAN connectivity is possible, however WLAN connection is not interrupted. Have to wait 20~30 seconds to regain connectivity. Issue occurs on both wl0 and wl1, no testing performed on eth yet. Issue occurs on both devices with static and dynamic DHCP lease. Windows 10 device obtains new lease after downtime. Power cycling or rebooting router or restarting dnsmasq daemon does not solve issue.
Questions:
- Is it possible to create static DHCP leases without having to enter a custom hostname for each device?
Any help and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Will post any configuration/screenshots if required.

I just finished setting everything up again, everything went smoothly and is worked as expected so far.
My Windows 10 laptop and Android phone are currently connected to wl1 and using a static lease. I will monitor the connectivity closely today to see if the TCP/IP issue still occurs.
The issue where wl0 would not start up after power cycle or reboot seemed to be caused by the "SES / AOSS / EZ-SETUP / WPS Button, Turning off radio" option. I set this option to "enabled" because I thought it was required to disable WPS. However, I just launched the WifiInfoView utility by NirSoft and it reported WPS is disabled, which is what I want.
