I strongly discourage installing r32737 on any Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS.

But if you need these files to help recover just go at it..
They're on a straight up http server so wget works just fine... on mini or greater firmware

Wow...I cannot even get this build off the access point. I've putty in and deleted the NVRAM, and also done the 30/30/30; and she is still there.

Any ideas on how to buts this open, let me (us) know. Thanks.

You need to use the http://www.shadowsoftware.net/shadowgameworld/downloads/tftp2.exe program and push in a previous build. Pretty much download the r32597 build. Assign your own IP address use your user name and login info and push the previous build into the unit. Wait for it to reboot and you will have a working GUI again.

This is why the build is no longer available they removed it due to this huge bug.

Thanks to the guidance of mrjcd and EA6500v1 i recovered from this build to r32597, this is how for Buffalo wzr1750dhp/d...

leave out the command = when you are imputing the commands, i just put that so you would know what command to put and do one command at a time.

telnet into your router
command = erase nvram
command = reboot
wait until router is booted telnet again into the router
command = wget ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2017/07-08-2017-r32597/buffalo_wzr-1750dhp/buffalo-wzr-1750dhp-webflash.bin file
command = write buffalo-wzr-1750dhp-webflash.bin linux
wait for the flash to be completed you will see done, then
comand = reboot
telnet once more into the router to check that the firmware was placed.

No dice....can't connect. I can ping it but every connection is refused, from your recommendation to SSH and Telnet. I've used admin as a password and my original password, and both connections are refused.

If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

It's a little annoying when you don't read that disclaimer on the original post.

Firstly, what is the router you are trying to get a good flash onto? What i did was for Buffalo wzr 1750dhp & dhpd. Only the dhp was affected by this removed firmware and it is the one i use to test these firmware on and if it works out after say a few weeks i flash the dhpd.

This is how you telnet to the router and i suspect any router....
hard reset the router so if you had any static IP/DNS or any configurations that may impede the telnet session, then open the Command Prompt cmd with administrator rights, type telnet 192.168.1.1 hit enter then type root for the username, hit enter and admin for the password, then hit enter then you follow the other commands i put. Know that after every reboot command you have to telnet back into the router.

I am not saying you can't use tftp2/putty/any others to push the firmware, if that worked for you then fine.
