I'm using virtualbox to run a ddwrt instance. I have three interfaces:
eth0: Host-only network
eth1: Bridged to second network port
eth2: NAT to host computer
I'm trying to setup so that ddwrt will provide dhcp addresses to any machine connected on eth0 and eth1 and then forward via eth2 to the outside world... i.e.
eth0: LAN
eth1: LAN
eth2: WAN
with eth0 and eth1 on the same network.
I've got as far as getting dhcp to work on eth0 and the WAN to work on eth2 but I can't get any ip addresses to be assigned to anything attached o eth1 (in fact eth1 does not have an ip address from ifconfig).
As an update the devices on eth1 do indeed get ip address via dhcp but from then on I cannot communicate between anything on eth1 and eth0. It is almost as if there is no route between the two

You have to setup the 2nd lan card at 192.168.1.1 Then go to the Setup then Networking tab.
There is a setting there to enable the 3rd card as a LAN.
IF you can get me a screen shot of what your setup shows in the networking tab at 192.168.1.1 Just remember to erase your public IP info with a image editing program before uploading it.
