Yep...NVRAM was corrupted...in case someone comes across this in the future...

Press and hold the WPS button.
Plug in the power cord.
Count to 20, slowly.
Stop pressing the WPS button, leave the power on on the device.
Wait a few minutes.
Everything should be better.

R35034 is running well on my Netgear r8000. Installed and configured. Installed from Netgear firmware. Running without errors.

Firmware: r34578
Previous: r35034
Reset: reset to default values after flash
Issues/Errors: Update was fine. Configuring the settings went smooth. One-and-a-half weeks after the flash the web interface suddenly was unreachable and had time-out issues. Had to telnet and reboot.

Well that did not last 24 hours on my r8000. Have started getting wifi drops. Got these with Kong latest as well. When I run Netgear OEM I do not have any drops including cell calls. Back to Netgear OEM unfortunately.
