Hello.
How to block some users from accessing internet through WiFi. I want them to connect to WiFi but no internet access, because i want them to use printers and scanners which are connected to the WiFi network.
So please show me how to block internet without blocking WiFi for some users in dd-wrt. Thank you.

Create a VAP with it's own SSID, password and IP sub-net.

Block access with iptables from the new VAP.

See "Making a Guest Network" in the wiki.

Thanks. It works.

Can i Restrict internet connection to a limit (say to 1 Mb/s for some users so they can do some googling and light internet traffic) instead of blocking it?

Yes, you can prioritize using QOS.

TP-Link router has this option to Limit bandwidth per IP.

How to do this in DD-WRT?
All i managed to do with DD-WRT is to give preference to bandwidth using QOS. Not able to limit it.
So please tell me how to do that.

I don't have access to a dd-wrt router at my current location.

Thanks. But I want to limit the internet speed below 1 Mbps for some specific IP's.
Prioritizing actually does not limit the internet speed from what i understands. If USER A has priority over USER B, I think USER B can still use the full WiFi bandwidth if USER A is not using WiFi. (Correct me if i am wrong)

That is correct. Are you paying for the for data transferred?
Otherwise it will not hurt if they use bandwidth when no one else is using it.

I have a FUP Plan. (50 Mbps for 300 Gb and after that 1 Mbps). That is why i want to limit the bandwidth for some IP Addresses.

Under NAT/QoS -> QoS

You want to use: Netmask Priority

based on the picture you had. It will do the exact same thing
