I made a flash on my archer c9 router and after the reboot the router just blinking the led's. No bootup. Any suggestion on what went wrong and how to to fix it?

You have to provide more information.
There are several version of the Archer C9 (v1-v4), also which build did you tried to flash?

I have version 4 on my archer c9. I download the newest from januari release and took factory to wrt upgrade and the upgrade was made from my tplink web gui. This is a freash installation. SHould I took the web-to-gui update instead?

Did you read the C9 wiki, (see link I posted earlier) there are specific instructions for the C9 V4!

With any luck you can TFTP the 33772 factory-to-ddwrt.bin file and recover, but safest bet is to TFTP recover back to the oldest stock firmware available, unless you have to do extreme measures. Take some time to read that wiki and the linked information.
