Issues/Errors: yes
As always, the Quantenna chip has its own quirks. This is a closed source chipset
There is no way to install a channel.
But you can disable 5.0 GHz. @mpgalaxy hack "If you set the radio mode to station bridge and disable the network mode, the 5GHz device will turn off completely even after reboot."
The fact is that the router is connected to the Internet (to the Internet provider). And it reports an error, the red WAN indicator flashes (the icon in the form of a planet). The internet works, I just think it's a glitch.
But this does not affect the work.
Just relax
1. Failed to start OpenVPN Client via configuration file. OpenVPN Status is empty. I don’t see this problem on the second router ASUS RT-N66U.
2. CPU temperature is not displayed correctly.
CPU temperature readings started changing after one second from 63.6 - 64.1 °C

Have this build working nicely on my R6250. Seeing up to 460Mbps on my laptop.
Older versions of DD-WRT enabled the CTF+FA option, however only CTF is available with this firmware. I know from searching the forum that others have had flow acceleration working on the R6250 and they reported significant improvements in throughput and CPU usage.
I tried to manually enable the feature with the DD-WRT command interface, and after a reboot the CTF+FA option showed up in DD-WRT; however, enabling CTF+FA ended up shutting off the router ports, requiring a factory reset. Is there a way to get this to work? I recently upgraded to symmetric gigabit, so would appreciate the performance gain.

Not sure if this applies to your situation, but from the Hardware wiki:
Note that for Flow Acceleration to be visible and selectable, the WAN interface of the router MUST be configured EITHER with DHCP or with a Static IP address, it must also have QoS disabled, and AFTER the configuration is saved and applied, the router MUST be rebooted for the option to appear. _________________ Routers:Netgear R7000, R6400v1, R6400v2, EA6900 (XvortexCFE), E2000, E1200v1, WRT54GS v1.

Thanks... yes, I did get FA to appear after running the commands to enable it (plus setting a static WAN IP), but enabling FA locks up the ethernet ports once enabled, requiring a factory reset. I noticed Ticket #7444 seems to address this issue (on multiple routers). Guessing that's what's going on with the R6250 as well, suggesting the issue has yet to be fixed.
