How about some basic directions for the executable?

bootable CD with physdiskwrite.exe and the image?

then "physdiskwrite.exe dd-wrt_public.image" at the command prompt?

The files are image files, and that program writes them onto drives.

Flash drive or HardDrive

If in windows just drag and drop the image files on the program, and select the drive you want to write the image on, becareful cause it will ERASE EVERYTHING FOR THE DRIVE!

So don't say you were not warned.

If you pluged a usb drive or flash drive before running the program its likely to be last on the list.

flash drive is not a working option yet if i am not mistaken, for that you need to assign the bootdevice manually in the grub menue ..

best is to use a CF to IDE controller - can be found for small money on ebay

wrong. so far grub loads well everything should work so far the drives are mapped to
hda, hdb,hdc or hdd. i can support scsci (sda etc.) as well. but its no yet included
the kernel autodetects the right flash partition just by try and error

are you using the release on 10-31-06 ? also make sure to use dd-wrt_public.image

you may need to edit the bootloader and change from ttsy0 to tty0 for it to work...
