Hallo!
I flashed my asuswl500g 10 days ago and now i'm happy with my 7 days uptime
firmware v23 sp2
I only have a problem with my ddns:
---------
Wed Dec 6 13:02:05 2006: INADYN:IP: Error '0x16' resolving host name 'ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com'
Wed Dec 6 13:02:05 2006: W: DYNDNS: Error 'RC_IP_INVALID_REMOTE_ADDR' (0x12) when talking to IP server
Wed Dec 6 13:02:05 2006: W:'RC_IP_INVALID_REMOTE_ADDR' (0x12) updating the IPs. (it 232)
-----------
it's third time it happens in a week and i don't think it's a no-ip problems cause it did'nt happen with client installed on my old computer.
ddns updates are done every 6 minutes. I was worried about this message as well, but you should only do so if it re-occurs every 6 minutes. The error message already tells you what is wrong: It cannot resolve the host name, i.e. can't connect to your ISP DNS-server.
If you restart, the log is cleared. _________________ EA6900 DD-WRT v3.0-r48305 std
