OK, very new to wireless, not so new to wired. WHR-HP-G54 with 23SP2 in it. Works great and the wrt firmware makes it by far the best router I have used (including gazillion dollar CISCO ones at work - hate them) Anyway, Im mostly wired on only use the wireless once in a while. I have noticed that on the wireless status page it has a fair amount of tx errors:
Received (RX)100% 7839 OK, no error
Transmitted (TX)75% 9871 OK, 3373 errors
Is that normal?? what are the actual errors? Beacon not being responded to? Folking in my neighborhood trying to attach? These errors increment even when it appears nothing is on the wireless neighborhood.

My WRT54GL always has TX errors, they show up only on boot, after that they don't rise.
I think it's normal. Lokk at the procentage after your TX sent packets becomes 10 ot 100 thousand.
